Office Policies

Late arrivals will be treated only during remaining booked time at regular treatment rate to respect other client’s and electrologist’s time.

Walk-in appointments are not accepted.

Genital and surgical preparation electrolysis appointments are scheduled exclusively Monday through Friday during designated clinical hours. Appointments booked outside of these parameters may be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion to ensure safety, appropriate clinical support, and compliance with professional standards.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no call, no show”) will be charged a nonrefundable fee of $50 to card on file or at next appointment.
