Insurance

Many insurance plans may reimburse electrolysis when it is provided as part of medically necessary gender-affirming care or surgical preparation. I am happy to provide detailed superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note: Insurance coverage varies by plan. Coverage verification, supporting documentation, a physician's referral, and/or prior authorization may be required before services are eligible for reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider prior to their appointment to confirm their specific benefits and coverage requirements. While I am happy to provide a detailed superbill to assist with the reimbursement process, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

Office Policies

Genital and Surgical Preparation Electrolysis: Appointments for genital and surgical preparation electrolysis may be rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion to ensure patient safety, appropriate clinical support, and adherence to professional standards.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to the full appointment fee. Late arrivals will be treated only during remaining booked time.
